Spot la difference.


Give some dried white beans / haricot blanc, to a French cook, they will add: Water, pork rind, bacon,garlic,thyme,salt,pepper,mixed spice,preserved goose, fresh pork,sausage and BREADCRUMBS.

Give some dried white beans/haricot blanc, to and English cook, they will add: Tomato sauce and TOAST.

 Cassoulet.  Beans on toast. Hard to tell them apart…
